Dependent Visa for Indian Parent

Hi, Me and my wife have just moved to Hong Kong.

 

We both are working and have good annual income.

 

I have single parent living back in India who is aged above 65 years.

 

Would the Immigration of Hong Kong consider my case and issue a dependent visa for my father?
