DH to UK on tourist visa
Hi All
Just wondering if I can in any way bring my DH to the UK and have her work for my parents for 6 months (or as long as the visa allows) given my DH being previously employed under my parents for several years (hence satisfied the 1 year rule?) before having her employer switched to me since 9 months ago. I will leave the UK after two weeks but would like her to stay on til visa expires.
I know it might be difficult to apply for the DH visa, how about a tourist visa?
