Dr. Michael Goodlet | BVM&S MRCVS Cardiology
Michael is a graduate of the Edinburgh University’s Royal Dick School of Veterinary Studies and is a Member of The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. Since qualifying he gained experience in England before working in Australia, Africa and New Zealand. A passion for dairying led him to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where became Veterinary Group Manager for a large dairy farming operation.
After 6 years and experiencing the first Gulf war up close Michael headed to Hong Kong in 1991 and in 1996 established
Stanley Veterinary Centre. Always interested in all aspects of veterinary medicine and surgery, he realised that cardiac problems in dogs and cats are common in Hong Kong so studied and was awarded the Australian Postgraduate Foundation Certificate in Cardiology from The University of Sydney. As an expert in this field, he receives numerous referrals from other veterinary practices in Hong Kong.
