I am looking for a school for my kid who is 6+ years and just landing in Hong Kong last week in Mar'2019. We are Indians and not good at english.
Can someone help me suggest some schools around HK Island or Kowloon side that are still open for admission and that too for a kid who is not good in english.

I assume you are looking for somewhere to improve English in an international environment. It may be worth trying YMCA of Hong Kong Christian College in Tung Chung. I only mention as they a wider range of students - indian, western, chinese - but I am unsure if they have vacancies. Worth a try

Try Delia Mei Foo & Po Leung Kuk Lam Man Chan. Both are Decent Schools. if you are lucky to get admission, you would avoid the expensive cost of HKG primary education.

Can you narrow it down a bit by preferred area, budget, language(s), etc.
Usually, children coming from India have very decent English. For ESL, Delia School of Canada offers an excellent program.
