Helper early termination

Hi,

Can terminating a helper with the reason that I want to "save money" qualify as a financial reason for terminating the domestic helper? Will it impact my chances of hiring another helper if I feel the need of hiring another helper after in future?

It would be appreciated if people can share their experience around this.
