Helper in Philippine can we hire her without Angency?

Hi everyone this is the first time I hire a helper. We found one helper who seems suitable but she has already been back to Philippine. Can i do all the paper work by myself without an angency?

Ive read many threads here mentioned I cannot do it without an angency if the helper has not been working in hong kong. But this particular helper had been worked here before.

Any clues?

Simple answer is you must use an agency She needs to prove she has had 2 years previous experience with a letter of reference. Pass a skills test in Phil called TESDA, a 2 day orientation called OWWA, a fit to work medical and have a valid passport. Shop around for a good agency with a reputable record. I would suggest Fair Employment Agency which is a non profit and does not charge the girls anything. Good luck

Dear Airean The minimum education requirement to work in Hong Kong is a high school education. It is nice for you to try and help your brother, help him to go back to school and it will change his life. Best regards
