Hiring Second Domestic Helper - any consent required from first helper?

Hi,
We are planning to hire second DH without letting know about the same to our current DH. We have only one helper's room in our apartment. While making a contract or applying for visa, does Immg Dept / other other statutory body ask any consent from first helper for sharing room with the new DH?
