Sorry to hear that. And that you paid for extra flight, pay etc. for your helper when she had problems and it is not reciprocated. However, she also might have made the family commitments too.
So just give her leave for the days she is entitled, and make it a point that she returns. I think for her to change her flights, she would have to pay extra, so you would pay for that.
And in the meantime, go look for pet sitters etc.
If she's gone for 7 or 10 days, I think you can cope.
