Hi can i ask im domestic helper here in hongkong is okay i will break my contract before my husband apply for dependant visa is it possible to get a extension of stay? After finished my other 2 weeks Thank you so much

Hi Anna - as of early this year, Hong Kong Immigration no longer gives visa extensions after 2 weeks. What we do recommend is for your husband to reach out to HK Immigration to inquire about when he should submit his application and where you may officially commence your dependant visa.

Hi thank you Because i plan to break my contract for my employer. This coming 24 He plan to apply first week of dec may one month notice will be finished on dec 24 also
