Expired Residential Tenancy Agreement - Notice Required?

I signed a two year tenancy agreement in October 2012 through October 2014. The agreement has never been renewed and or restamped and I have been paying the same amount of rent since the inception of the lease. My landlord is holding two months security. It is a standard Midland Realty lease form with the Break Clause of two months notice after twelve months of tenancy. I would now like to move. By law do I need to give my landlord any notice and if so how much? I don't want to loose my security deposit. Need assistance to sort this out ASAP. Many Thanks
