how do you contact the helpers?

hi, I've just signed up in order to be able to contact the helpers through their ads, but now i find there is no way to contact them... can you let me know how i do this please?

When you purchase a membership and log in you will be able to see each helper's contact information on their ad. You can call them --- or send them sms messages asking them to contact you when they are finished work (many employers don't allow their helpers to pick up calls during work hours) If you need further help please call Robin on 2815 2520

I cant see that information, before i purchased the ability to see it, it said contact helper in a red box. That has gone.
