How to reach human by phone at CMHK customer service?
I am located outside HK and I need to speak to a human person at CMHK customer service (China Mobile Hong Kong).
I have their phone number (852.29458888) and it goes into an automated system.
Last year (2020), someone there told me I can get to a person using the following sequence of buttons (2#1#11#). As of now (July 2021), this is not working.
Is it possible to reach a human there anymore? If so, please let me know what buttons to push, thanks.
