'The Government respects and is fully committed to protecting intellectual property (IP) rights. Generally, materials on Government website are Government works and their IP rights are owned by the Government.
Where third party IP works are involved, necessary arrangements would be made with the rights owners to obtain the required permission for use of these works in the website. '
