Stamp duty if transfer between spouses?

Hi,

Wondering how stamp duty is levied, if any, in the following two scenarios:

(1) Is stamp duty levied if both spouses are permanent residents and one spouse transfers property solely titled in her name to the sole name of the other spouse.(not to be held jointly)?

(2) If the transfer is done pursuant to a court order (divorce), is stamp duty levied?
