Looking for an apartment in Headland Rd or similar

We will be moving to HK in July and are looking for a 3-5 bedroom apartment in a low rise bldg or townhouse. Garden and/or terrace access would be great.
Preferred areas are Repulse Bay, Chung Hom Kok and Stanley.
Does anybody know of someone who will be moving out this summer?
