Looking for local participants: The experience of workplace conflict resolution in foreign and familiar environments, France-Hong Kong

Are you a HongKongese employee working with a local company? Your experience with conflict management matters to me! As part of a postgraduate research project which focuses on the cultural differences in preferences related to conflict management, I'd like to interview you for 15-30 minutes on your personal experience with conflict management. All participation is voluntary, and to be eligible you must: be over the age of 18, be working at a local company, have held your current role for at least a year. This interview will take part over Microsoft Teams and will be video/audio recorded depending on your ease in front of the camera!
