Domestic Helper

male helper

We are thinking of hiring a male helper, has anyone had any experience of this?

Thats one of my worries, as I have a 4year old daughter, and one 17. The other 3 are boys so may like having a male around. Its weird that I didn't worry about the boys with a female helper! The main reason we're thinking of a man is for our 15 year old disabled son, more as a carer for him than for cleaning.

We are not looking for a helper, we already have one in mind, I just wanted to know peoples experiences of having a male helper.

We had two Nepalese helpers. One for 13 years and the othe for 1 1/2 years. They both were good in their own ways and were diligent in their work. Unfortunately, they left us and now we are looking for another. Any recommendations?

I came to HK hoping to do housework and probably do some subject tutorials to my employer's schoolchildren but I just ended up guarding their gates instead. Im presently on the lookout for a future employer who may trust me to do some real household chores
