Hello everyone , I just need an advice . My wife is a domestic helper in Hong Kong recently she change her surname on her passport . Her passport was issued last week using my surname . She will just finish her contract this year (2018) the immigration advice her not to change her surname on her working Visa since it's only few months. So now her passport has my surname and her working Visa under her maiden name . My question is does she need to change surname on HKID or no need too same with the working Visa ?
