Hi all, there are a few previous posts on this, but I can't find anything recent... Does anyone have a recommendation for a good pregnancy massage? My back is killing me!!

I have had several at beautymama on Granville Rd in TST (just off Nathan Road). They do have a website but it is in Chinese only (www.beautymama.com.hk). Staff does speak english though.
I have enjoyed as they have pregnancy tables with a cut out for your belly so you can have a regular massage and it is pretty nice to remove that weight if only for a little bit.

If your back is killing you, you may be best to go to a pre-natal physio instead. I'm pregnant with twins and currently going to see Jonine Nash at the Matilda Medical Centre in Central - she is AMAZING! I have had no back or should issues since seeing her.

Hi Hobbster, During the first trimester massage is not recommended. By the way, all massage movements should be smooth and gentle, avoiding deep presure and percussion techniques. I started prenatal massage at home weekly since the second trimester. I think it is good. You can try my therapist and call them at 26200860. There is only one therapist there specialising in providing Prenatal so prior reservation is a must. Be relaxed..
