I am on my 31st week and the baby head is still on my right ribs. It does hurt somtimes when im eating / sitting down. I keep having to push the baby's head downward between my breasts and my ribs.
When does the baby's head turn? Is there anything i can do to 'turn the head'?

Your obs and midwifes will be able to help with that. They can encourage it to move, but pushing on your belly. Uncomfortable, but better than having a breach birth (ie c-section).
Mine turned when I went for long energetic walks. You will know when it happens, because it hurts.
