Looking for a social worker

Hi. We very recently relocated to Hong Kong from the US. Our adoption from Rwanda is in the final stage and we need to get a home study addendum done ASAP to avoid issues when the referral is received. Does anyone have any advice on where to find a SW? I've been all over the Internet and it seems that all of the references are out-of-date. We would truly appreciate any and all information to help us bring our baby girl home. I did enquire via email with ISS and am still waiting for a response. Many thanks!
