Not good for kids to spend so much time for helper

I been hands on mom for 4 years then come point of hiring helper cause me wanting to go back work. 

 

I though I’m lucky to get a helper with 14 years experience working in local family but find out disappointing!

 

1) helper don’t watch their words Kids will always be kids copy

 

2) you train hour kids to eat healthy all sudden helper give junk food

 

 

I ended up stopping work I don’t think it’s worth for my 4 years old to build his foundation to a poor quality of caregiver.

 

 

I don’t say all helper are same but it’s not worth it.
