Pls help

Hi there! My fiance (which is my employer) and I are getting married on January next year, the problem is my contract with him will expire this coming October. Do I still need to renew my contract even though we're getting married in 3 moths, or can I just apply for extension of stay until we get married on January.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!
