Seeking Personal Assistant

We are looking for advice on how to find a good part-time personal assistant who can help with household administrative tasks, budgeting, booking appointments, running errands, etc. We aren't looking for a full-time, contracted domestic helper, but rather someone who has some experience with secretarial and/or personal assistant work and is able to work for an hourly rate. Any suggestions on how to find this kind of support would be appreciated. Thanks!

I used to work in the finance and education sectors before and right now, am a full time housewife. I do not mind doing some part time administrative job.
