Switching contract

Hi is there anybody here who knows if you can switch contract to another employer without terminating the old contract? Like for example my boss wants to switch my contract to her secretary the reason that she'll going home for good in her country cos she told me no need for me to exit Hongkong I will just sign for a new contract. Is this possible?
