We moved into our flat and found that 90% of the windows had this privacy feature whereby its mirror on the outside during the day and inside at night. We had originally thought it was a tint given there's scratches in the window where you can see light. However, after hiring tint removers who told us it wasn't film, they thought it was a coating. I am not so sure anymore as I actually think they were just scratching the glass.
Does anyone know who can figure this out for us and then take it off? I think its most likely reflective coating on the glass which can be taken off by polishing the glass (i.e. for scratch removal). Does anyone know who can help?
A few of the panes are tempered glass so will require a proper professional to do or it will shatter.
