I’m an international professor, doctor, speaker and author of several books with five papillions/ maltese dogs whom I love like my children I need someone who loves dogs, loves cooking and cleaning and has good organizational skills. Someone who works independently -- I'm too busy to repeat instructions and oves her job.I also have a live assistant who works in my home office but takes care of herself. Main cleaning and dusting is my bedroom, bathrooms, dinning room, stairs, kitchen, garden. Roof rarely. Rarely clean two guests rooms and living room which is gated, or as needed. Read books with her, drawing, take her to class, take her to play dates that the madam approves and plans.  2.⁠ ⁠⁠Chinese cooking, make soup, prepare raw meat, specific dishes we like are: 3.⁠ ⁠⁠Household chores: mop 2 times a week, sweep every day, vacuum once a week, change sheets once a week etc 4.⁠ ⁠⁠Groceries/ marketing: know what to buy and budget. I will keep a budget book to keep track of your spending  5.⁠ ⁠⁠Medium sized dog. Walk 2 times a day on madams schedule. The dog has an apple tag, required 10 minutes of walking not sitting.
