Your new role
- Coordinate and execute a wide range of corporate access activities, including investor meetings, company visits, non-deal roadshows, corporate days, field trips and conferences
- Work closely with Corporate Access, Sales and Research teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue arrangements, transportation, catering, presentation materials and attendee management
- Coordinate investor schedules and meeting arrangements across the region
- Liaise with institutional investors, corporate management teams and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- 1-3 years' experience within financial services, capital markets, investor relations, corporate access, client servicing, conference management or event management
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, Cantonese is an advantage
