About the Role This is a hands-on engineering role within a large-scale enterprise environment, combining engineering and L3 support. You will take ownership of Windows desktop and Citrix VDI platforms across APAC.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in Windows infrastructure, desktop engineering or End User Computing
- Strong hands-on experience with Citrix VDI
- Proven experience delivering Windows migration projects
- Experience with large-scale OS migrations, upgrades and enterprise desktop transformation
- Strong technical knowledge of some of the following:
- Windows Desktop
- Citrix VDI
- Active Directory
- Group Policy / GPO
- MECM / SCCM
- Enterprise endpoint management
- Experience taking solutions through design, testing, deployment and operational support
- Microsoft Intune
- PowerShell scripting and automation
- Microsoft Azure
- Windows 365 / Cloud PC
- Microsoft and/or Citrix certifications
- Previous experience within banking, financial services or another highly regulated enterprise environment
