My client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the executive office. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Your new role
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Act as a gatekeeper, prioritizing and managing incoming communications and requests
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external meetings
- Coordinate board meetings, executive meetings, and key stakeholder engagements
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners on behalf of the CEO
- Support project management and follow up on key initiatives to ensure timely execution
- Manage office priorities and assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills in English (Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus)
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving mindset
- Experience working in multinational or fast-growing environments
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize under pressure
