Your new role

• Vendor management: Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, track compliance, and manage relationships with external partners.

• Operational efficiency: Organize meetings, maintain dashboards, and streamline processes across teams.
  
• Service delivery: Act as the key liaison for staffing vendors, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience: 8+ years in business management or operations, ideally in financial services or MNCs.
  
• Skills: Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and presentation design.
  
• Tech savvy: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with generative AI tools.
  
• Languages: Fluency in English plus Cantonese/Mandarin.
  
• Mindset: Independent, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
