Your new role

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to define requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Lead digital and AI-driven projects, including automation, analytics, and intelligent workflow enhancements
• Facilitating and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring enhancements meet the practical needs of agency users and drive adoption
• Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Drive continuous improvement in agency systems, user experience, and operational efficiency

What you'll need to succeed

• University graduate with a minimum of 4 years of project management/ business analysis experience
  
• 1+ years experience in the insurance industry
  
• Strong understanding of IT and able to communicate between the IT and business departments
  
• Familiar with Project Management processes in Agency Channel or Agency Platform Enhancement
