Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of multiple digital and technology-driven projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria aligned with digitalisation strategy.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, vendors, and external partners
- Drive the implementation of digital solutions (e.g., automation, data analytics, system integration, process digitisation)
- Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and budgets across all initiatives
- Establish governance, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics for programme oversight
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation and digital transformation across business units
- Ensure change management and user adoption strategies are effectively executed
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline
- 5-8+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects concurrently
- Strong experience in digitalisation, transformation, or technology-driven projects
- Familiarity with tools/methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
