Fund Accountant, Private Equity, Open to Big 4 FS audit

The Company
Our client is a top-tier private equity fund house. They are expanding their office to APAC. To support their continued business expansion, they are seeking a Fund Accountant to join their Finance team.
The Role
- Report to Head of Finance.
- Hands-on Private Equity fund accounting, prepare quarterly investor reports, and annual fund financial statements.
- Provide operational oversight and assistance to business unit managers, including liaising with external administrators, banks, accounting/tax firms, and valuation firms.
- Coordinate with tax, finance, and treasury departments on new investments or business developments.
- Assist in planning for the annual audit process and oversee entity-level audits in conjunction with business unit managers and external auditors.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance or Accounting.
- 5-10 years of solid experience in Finance, Planning, Operations, Asset Management, and Accounting.
- Prefer candidate who has Big 4 FS audit background with fund admin or in-house fund accounting experience.
- Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English; strong report-writing in both Chinese and English.
