We are hiring for a foreign pure private bank, renowned for our client-centric approach, stability, and long-standing tradition in wealth management. With a strong international presence, we provide tailored investment solutions and high-quality advisory services to high-net-worth clients, working closely with external asset managers (EAMs).
Your new role
- Support Relationship Managers in servicing EAM clients, ensuring high-quality client experience and timely execution of requests.
- Handle account opening, KYC documentation, and ongoing account maintenance for EAM clients
- Execute and monitor trades across multiple asset classes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g. operations, compliance, product teams) to facilitate smooth client servicing
- Assist in preparing client reports, presentations, and investment-related materials
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant Relationship Manager in private banking
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Proven experience in handling EAM accounts and trade execution across asset classes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
