Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Act as a checker to oversee daily settlement processes and corporate actions across multi-asset products, including OTC instruments, funds, and overseas equities
- Execute and adhere to internal operational procedures in line with SFC regulations and company policies, including reporting requirements
- Oversee clearing operations to ensure efficiency, mitigate operational risks, and promptly resolve exceptions and contingency issues
- Supervise and guide a team in handling daily operational tasks
- Provide training to team members on new products or business initiatives and ensure effective task delegation
- Assist in the rollout of new products or projects, including drafting user requirements, developing test plans, and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Evaluate and enhance policies, procedures, and systems to streamline operations, maintain service quality, and support new business developments
Requirements:
- Degree or above.
- Approximately 6+ years of relevant experience in processing OTC products, Fund and oversea settlement. Experience in stock options and Global Futures definite advantage
- Hands-on experience on settlement systems, including iAsia, Euroclear, CTM etc
- Efficient, organized and able to work independently
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
