Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive integrated corporate and marketing communications strategies, covering brand positioning, media relations, executive visibility, and crisis management.
  • Advise senior leadership on communication strategies aligned with business priorities and reputation management.
  • Lead content development across speeches, presentations, Q&As, thought leadership, and digital platforms.
  • Manage media engagement and identify opportunities to enhance executive presence externally.
  • Oversee communications across traditional, digital, and social channels to maximize reach and impact.
  • Design and execute crisis communication frameworks to ensure timely and consistent messaging.
  • Build partnerships with external stakeholders, including non-profits and community organizations, to support sustainability and brand initiatives.
  • Track and evaluate campaign performance using data-driven insights to optimize outcomes.
  • Manage external agencies to ensure quality delivery within timelines and budget.
  • Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to ensure aligned and effective communications.
  • Support internal communications to strengthen leadership messaging and employee engagement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related discipline.
  • 12+ years of experience in communications, with regional experience
  • Strong command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Proven experience in integrated communications, including media relations, crisis management, and digital strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to build executive visibility and thought leadership platforms.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Experience managing agencies and aligning deliverables with business objectives.
  • Effective project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
