Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, including sourcing, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, contracting, and vendor onboarding
- Act as the main point of contact for vendors and service providers, especially workforce-related agencies (e.g. recruitment, staffing, outsourcing firms)
- Partner with hiring teams, HR, and business units to support workforce procurement needs
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring performance, quality, and cost-effectiveness
- Conduct vendor evaluations, due diligence, and risk assessments in line with internal governance and regulatory standards
- Support contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and renewal processes
- Monitor vendor performance against agreed SLAs/KPIs and drive continuous improvements
- Ensure procurement activities adhere to internal policies and financial services regulatory requirements
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and strategic sourcing initiatives
- Maintain accurate procurement records and reporting for audit and compliance purposes
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 3 years of procurement experience, preferably within financial services or a regulated industry
- Proven experience managing vendors for workforce solutions (e.g. recruitment agencies, contingent labor suppliers)
- Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes and vendor lifecycle management
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Familiarity with procurement systems and contract management tools
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and compliance
