We are looking to hire for an IPO CFO for a start up fintech company.
Job Description
As a CFO, your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing financial strategies to support business goals.
- Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and financial reporting standards.
- Managing cash flow, investments, and financial risk assessments.
- Providing strategic recommendations to the executive team.
- Leading and mentoring the accounting & finance team to achieve optimal performance.
- Driving cost efficiencies and optimizing financial operations in the Kowloon office.
A successful CFO should have:
- A strong educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in financial management and strategic planning.
- Excellent knowledge of regulatory compliance and reporting standards.
- IPO experience is a must
- Start Up experience is a must
- Leadership skills to manage and inspire a finance team.
