Key Responsibilities
- Process transactions accurately while adhering to tight deadlines.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve exceptions, discrepancies, and irregularities in a timely manner.
- Escalate issues promptly to management to ensure appropriate visibility and resolution.
- Support ad hoc tasks and assignments as required.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Prior exposure to Fund Services operations would be advantageous.
- Strong numerical aptitude and proficiency in computer applications.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word are an advantage.
