Job Description
As a Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Partner with project teams to identify requirements and deliverable, ensuring alignment with overall group programme objectives
- Perform regulatory reporting control assessments, recommend enhancements, and prepare supporting documentation
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including the Banking Ordinance and HKMA SPM guidelines
- Support regulatory reporting processes and external disclosures
- Assist in preparing internal management reports and data analysis for senior management and key stakeholders
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or a related discipline; professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are advantageous
- Minimum of 5 year's experience in regulatory reporting within the banking sector or relevant audit experience
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- High sense of ownership with a proactive and service-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
