Job Description
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of banking or financial system projects
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Drive project planning, timelines, budget control, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management
- Ensure systems and processes meet regulatory and risk requirements
- Manage vendors, contracts, and service performance
- Identify risks and resolve project issues effectively
- Support ongoing system enhancements and operational improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in banking or financial services
- Strong experience in delivering system implementation or digital projects
- Familiar with regulatory and compliance requirements in banking
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred)
