Head of Operations

My client is looking for head of operations. Prior strong team leadership experiences are highly preferred

-Preferably candidates with global top investment banks experience and/ or top tier Chinese securities / brokerage firms

Head of Operations will manage HK and SG offices. This role will oversees teams of Middle Office, Back Office, Transformation, Collateral Management, Client Operations.

A min. 15 years of relevant experience is a must and graduating from renowned university is much preferred.

Native or near-native proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin and English, with the ability to handle documentation, stakeholder communication, and governance materials in both languages.
