IT Business Analyst - Banking Industry

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement elicitation sessions with users and subject-matter experts.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements and technology solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, QA teams, and external vendors throughout the project life-cycle.
• Manage stakeholder communications and expectations throughout project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and governance requirements.
  
  Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2-8 years of Business Analysis experience, preferably within the banking sector.
• Fluent in Chinese
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, workflow analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
