Senior Associate, Corporate Finance (Based in SEA, Tech buy side)

Your new role

• Support execution of M&A, fundraising, restructuring, and strategic advisory transactions.
• Perform financial modelling, company valuation, industry research, and due diligence.
• Prepare pitch books, information memorandums, management presentations, and transaction materials.
• Coordinate with clients, investors, legal advisors, auditors, and other stakeholders throughout deal execution.
• Conduct market analysis and identify new business and investment opportunities.
• Assist senior team members in originating and developing client relationships.
• Monitor transaction progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Participate in cross-border transactions involving regional and international counterparties.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related disciplines.
• 3-6 years of experience gained from an Investment Bank, Corporate Finance Advisory, Big 4 Deal Advisory, Transaction Services, Valuation, or M&A team.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Experience in executing IPO, M&A, fundraising, debt financing, or strategic transactions is preferred.
• Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, and presentation skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Ambitious, commercial-minded, and eager to build a long-term career in corporate finance.
