Support Assistant, Car Pool Driver, Technology & Operations

Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees to and from work locations using the company's fleet of vehicles
• Ensure the vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and in good working condition
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers
• Provide a comfortable and professional driving experience for employees
• Assist with loading and unloading of passenger belongings as needed
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, and any incidents
• Communicate effectively with employees and the transportation team to coordinate schedules and address any concerns

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional driver or in a similar role
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with employees in a courteous and professional manner
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to ensure punctual and efficient transportation services
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and evenings, to accommodate employee schedules
• Familiarity with the local area and knowledge of the most efficient routes
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and well-maintained vehicle at all times
