Responsibilities
- Respond to MO phone and email inquiries.
- Execute TT/RTGS/FX/ Time Deposit/ loan/payment transactions.
- Process same-party/third-party transfers.
- Monitor team emails.
- Conduct funds investigation follow-ups requested by MO
- Coordinate audits sample
- Participate in UAT for system enhancements or bug fixes.
- Provide backup on the ac hoc support.
- Experience in settlement, or investigations within the private banking industry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using various banking systems and applications.
