About the job

Key Areas of Responsibilities
  1. Development and support Head of Treasury for overall Group Treasury strategy and Treasury risks management
  2. Support Treasury policies, including Funding and Capital Management, Funds Transfer Pricing, Bank Account Management Policies and Contingency Funding Planning
  3. Support balance sheet management and capital management, ensuring liquidity, funding, interest rate risks are appropriately balanced with company return objectives
  4. Collaborate with and build relationships with Business lines to enable sustainable growth and have measured access to short-term and long-term internal financing
  5. Provide support to the Head of Treasury, CFO and other company management and Business heads
  6. Development, coaching and realizing potential of own team and wider Treasury function to improve capability and promote self-development

Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Economics or other relevant discipline, with good academic record
  2. Postgraduate degree or FRM / CFA certification
  3. 5 - 8 years’ experience in Risk, Finance, Treasury or relevant function in the financial industry
  4. Open-minded and flexible team player
  5. In-depth knowledge of local and global markets
  6. Solid knowledge base of financial assets and investment strategies
  7. Good team building and management skills
  8. Good Communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
