About the job

Responsibilities
  1. Develop financial goals, objectives, and business plans to drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability, with full P&L accountability.
  2. Design and implement business strategies and initiatives to achieve organizational goals and enhance overall business performance.
  3. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify business opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
  4. Gather, analyze, and interpret internal and external data to prepare management reports, business updates, and presentations supporting strategic decision-making and business plan execution.
  5. Monitor and evaluate overall business performance against established objectives, KPIs, and financial targets, recommending corrective actions where necessary.
  6. Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
  7. Participate in strategic projects and perform ad hoc assignments as directed by Management.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  2. Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in private banking or wealth management, with proven expertise in business planning, strategic planning, financial management, and project management.
  3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  6. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including fluency in Mandarin.
