IT System Analyst - Insurance Sector

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1/2 support for infrastructure systems and business applications.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, networks, storage, and related infrastructure components.
• Manage system incidents, service requests, and problem resolution within agreed service levels.
• Support daily IT operations, including system health checks, backup monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues and implement enhancements.
• Participate in infrastructure projects, system upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery exercises.
• Prepare and maintain system documentation, operational procedures, and technical specifications.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend preventive measures to improve system stability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or system support roles.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Experience supporting enterprise environments within the Insurance, Financial Services, or Banking sector is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with:

Windows Server and/or Linux administration
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
VMware, Hyper-V, or virtualization platforms
Microsoft 365 and Exchange environments
Network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
Backup and disaster recovery solutions
